Alfa Romeo Nishinomiya & FIAT/ ABARTH Nishinomiya

In Nishinomiya, Hyogo prefecture, Hakko Car Group decided to build a new showroom for Alfa Romeo Fiat/Abarth, the Italian and British cars in the Kansai area. The showroom has a distinctive exterior design, gentle curves throughout the building, and window openings. The gallery has a sense of openness and is composed of an exhibition, lounge, and business meeting areas. The first-floor exhibition area is based on high-quality grey tiles. In contrast, the second-floor lounge area creates a relaxing space like an Italian hotel or salon, thus fully incorporating the brand's worldview.

Hankyu CM has been working on this project as a fundamental part of its business. Hankyu CM was in charge of design supervision, cost management, and contractor selection support during the project's basic and implementation design phases. Hankyu CM significantly contributed to the project's success by providing cost estimates from the design stage, confirming and adjusting every detail of the planning and specifications to ensure that the design was within budget, and then providing comprehensive support throughout the project up to the construction procurement stage.
