SUMMARY
On March 29, 2019, the first store in Japan for Decathlon, a French sporting goods store, opened at Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens. Hankyu CM provided cost estimation and budget planning, basic planning, selection of designers and constructors, cost management, and design management for the store interior. Hankyu CM's challenge was to provide the best possible solution for a foreign company starting its new business in Japan. Speed is the key to success in commercial store openings, and we offered one-stop support for basic planning, design drawings, and preparing the 3D perspective. Moreover, we studied cost estimation and supported selecting the general contractor.
Hankyu CM provides ultimate support in revising the specifications to find the equivalent materials in the Japanese market. We helped them to analyse the market to find other potential sites for opening new stores.
