Osaka General Medical Centre

The Osaka Prefectural Hospital Organisation was established in 2006 and currently operates five hospitals. In 2007, after winning competitive bidding, Hankyu CM was identified as the CM company that led the complete renovation of four of the organization's hospitals. We conducted interviews to confirm the essential requirements and objectives of the renovation of the medical site and four hospital buildings. The image of the restoration, the functions and specifications of the various rooms, we created an overall schedule and planned the ordering method. In particular, in selecting designers and contractors, the project was promoted on the premise of public bidding with limitations based on actual results, except for special projects.

At the design stage, We held extensive meetings with relevant parties and thoroughly understood the current situation. Since then, we have taken the initiative in Hankyu CM and formed a consensus among project stakeholders. Furthermore, we supported planning the following year's budget and medium-term repair plan as public works projects. We helped establish know-how, such as standardization of procurement methods and construction forms, so the organization can smoothly manage the coming construction works independently.
