YONEX Niigata Factory Nagaoka

The Yonex Niigata Factory Nagaoka was established to respond to the growing global demand for its products. The goal of the owner was to build a state-of-the-art factory. Due to the project's uniqueness, which required professional expert assistance to plan, design, and construct the task from scratch, the owner hired Hankyu CM as the construction manager.　

Hankyu CM provided comprehensive support from the planning stage through to the completion of the project. The given project duration was approximately 18 months. The most important thing was to finish the factory roof in December 2015, one year after the project started. From the project inception stage, we advised on the advance ordering of steelwork components. After introducing the cost-on method, we promoted the task as decided on the schedule.

Regarding building design, we provided a wide range of support, from advice on the appropriate scale, the number of floors, and the height of floors. Moreover, we offered professional guidance on flow lines for the production facility at the planning stage, planning of the production area, formulation of quality targets and the design of the factory interior and exterior to enable the new factory to go into operation without delay. The new factory went into operation without delay after the construction phase.
